Her powers were significantly amped after she got her hand on the Book of the Damned, as well as gaining access to ancient spell such as one that allows for time travel (although she needs another witch to help with that)
Weaknesses: Iron shackles can inhibit her powers, stopping her from speaking also greatly hinders her, The Witchcatcher

Notable Attacks/Techniques:
- Attack Dog Spell: a mindfucking spell that turns the target into a violent beast that attacks everything it sees short of the caster, untill the spell burns out its brains. After gaining the Book of the Damned Rowena became able to even use this on Angels with them being unable to lift the spell.
- Defigere Et Depurgare: a spell that kills demons (who are incorporeal in nature), utilizes a hex bag.
- Transmutation: Rowena can turn people into animals, she has turned Olivette into a hamster and also threatened to turn Sam into an actual Moose.
- Gaelic Obliteration Spell: a spell that requires the user to paint it carefully on its body. The spell can reduce a grown man to dust.
- Attenuare: a spell designed to weaken supernatural defenses. It is a spell from the book of the damned, and when cast by multiple witches can even affect entities such as The Darkness. It takes the shape of purple lightning.
