Grandmaster Gouken

Name: Gouken

Gender: Male
Classification: Human, Martial Artist
Age: Unknown
Powers and Abilities: Super strength, speed, durability, agility, ki manipulation, energy blasts,  complete master of Ansatsuken (Ansatsuken is a deadly assassination art that relies on using your killing intent to destroy your enemies, Gouken sought to teach a modified, peaceful version of the art), can empty his soul, can use the Power of Nothingness (which can make a person unbelievably powerful, granting invincibility (spiritually and physically) to many attacks like the Hadouken, as well as sealing off evil power and making the user a stronger fighter)

- Senkugoshoha: Gouken glides forward along the ground and strikes with his palm.

- Kongoshin: Gouken will "parry" an incoming attack and then counter with a stomp of oppressive force.
